Hampden

Today P6/7 went to Hampden to visit the Scottish Football Museum. We had a tour our the Stadium and visited the museum. We saw lots of old shirts, photos and even trophies. Some of us even bumped into George Burley. We played table football and Fifa and Pro Evolution on the computers. We also had a competition to see how hard our shots were. Marc won with a 34Mph penalty!

Primary 6/7 have been asked to write a short report on the trip (3 or 4 sentences) and to either email it to me or to post it on the Blog. I look forward to reading these tonight.

Primary 6/7 were creating characters today in story writing. In pairs the pupils were given a photograph of a person and they had to make up the person's name, age, occupation, character and description. They then swapped partners and repeated the exercise. We finished the lesson by playing Guess Who with the photographs and the character descriptions.

Online Homework

Primary 6/7 have been set a homework challenge. They need to check their school email account to see the challenge. They have been shown to do this in class.
